What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to speak to them directly and find out what their service needs are. We would then schedule a time to come out and do a free estimate to see how we can further assist them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I obtained 4 yrs schooling at a state college to obtain my journeyman electrician’s license, another 2 yrs to obtain my masters electrician license, then obtained my commercial and residential license through the state of Arizona. I have been in business since 1999.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services?

We do have some standard rates, but depending on time frame and amount of work needing to be done, prices may vary. The best thing to do is give us a call and have us come out and do a free estimate.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with both residential and commercial. If you need help, we will be there to fix it for you. No job is too small.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Make sure you get them on the phone and explain the problem you are having. Make sure they try to offer a solution that maybe you can fix yourself. For example, often a GFI just needs to be reset, and paying someone to come out and do something for you that you could have easily done, had you known, is what you want to avoid.

We offer a variety of lighting products including decorative colonial, cobra head, directional floodlights, and security lights. We can customize plans to fit any lighting need.
